HB 2309       RELATING TO LAND EXCHANGE IN NORTH KONA, HAWAII.
HSCR 171-00   Allows the exchange of private and public lands located in North
           Kona, Hawaii. (WLU,FIN)

HB 1909 HD1   RELATING TO PUBLIC LANDS.
HSCR 287-00   Authorizes the department of land and natural resources to issue
           new leases to the existing Banyan Drive lessees, subject to
           certain conditions. (TSM,/WLU,FIN)

HB 2567       RELATING TO BLUE LIGHTS.
HSCR 377-00   Allows the Department of Land and Natural Resources law
           enforcement vehicles to use blue lights. (JHA,FIN)

HB 2768       RELATING TO KIKALA-KEOKEA.
HSCR 452-00   Provides funds for infrastructure at Kikala-Keokea. (WLU/JHA,FIN)

HB 2782       RELATING TO BURIAL SITES.
HSCR 174-00   Authorizes the DLNR to execute mitigation plans for the landowner,
           permittee, or developer, on request, for inadvertent discovery of
           burial sites. (WLU,FIN)

HB 2568       RELATING TO STATE PARKS.
HSCR 172-00   Replaces the Aina Ho'omalu special fund with the State parks
           special fund to carry out program objectives. (WLU,FIN)

HB 2573       RELATING TO THE SPECIAL FUNDS OF THE LAND DIVISION.
HSCR 324-00   Deposits money collected from lessees of public lands within
           industrial parks into the special land and development fund;and
           authorizes the transfer of fees and fines pursuant to Chapter
           183C, HRS, into the special land and development fund; abolishes
           the industrial park special fund and transfers the fund balance
           and liabilities to the special land and development fund.

HB 2578 HD1   RELATING TO THE NATURAL AREA RESERVE FUND.
HSCR 455-00   Authorizes a one-time transfer of $1 from the Fund to the General
           Fund. (WLU,FIN)
 
HB 2427 HD1   RELATING TO GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS.
HSCR 454-00   Establishes a special fund to help support the operation and
           maintenance of the Statewide Planning and Geographic Information
           System, and enables the Office of Planning to charge fees for
           spatial analysis services. (WLU,FIN)
